Pengaruh Tindakan Perundungan terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman Remaja Kristen Berdasarkan Eksegesis Surat Roma 14: 1-12

This research adopts an explanatory quantitative method to test the hypothesis that bullying negatively influences the faith development of Christian adolescents. The core assumption is that a higher incidence of bullying is correlated with either a lower or stunted growth in adolescent faith. However, the faith development of Christian adolescents is influenced by various aspects, one of which is bullying among peers. The study sample in the Banyumas sub-district was collected using a simple random sampling technique, with multi-method data collection encompassing questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 20. The results of the hypothesis testing (F-Test and T-Test) yielded a significance value of 0.000. Given that this value is less than the threshold (p-value < 0.05), the findings confirm that bullying has a significant impact on the faith development of Christian adolescents in this location. The novelty of this research lies in the empirical confirmation of this causal relationship within the specific context of Banyumas, followed by the formulation of prevention efforts rooted in theological science.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kuantitatif eksplanatori untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa perundungan (bullying) secara negatif memengaruhi pertumbuhan iman remaja Kristen. Asumsi dasarnya adalah semakin tinggi insiden perundungan, semakin rendah atau terhambat pertumbuhan iman remaja. Akan tetapi, Pertumbuhan iman remaja Kristen dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah tindakan perundungan di kalangan remaja. Sampel penelitian di kecamatan Banyumas dikumpulkan melalui teknik , dengan pengumpulan data multimetode, meliputi kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (Uji F dan Uji T) menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai , temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa tindakan perundungan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan iman remaja Kristen di lokasi tersebut. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada konfirmasi empiris hubungan kausal tersebut pada konteks spesifik Banyumas, diikuti dengan perumusan upaya pencegahan yang berakar pada ilmu teologi.
